CAMPING SEASON:
MAY 15th THROUGH SEPTEMBER 15th
Campers wishing to stay beyond the September 15, 2023date must pay the weekly rate for each week after September 15, 2023, with a maximum stay through the closing date of the campground, October 15, 2023.
ANY CAMPER LEFT ON A SITE AFTER OCTOBER 31ST WILL BE TOWED AND STORED AT THE OWNER'S EXPENSE
CAMPING RATES:
SEASONAL $1200.00
WEEKLY $120.00
DAILY $20.00
TENTING $15.00 (per day - w/o electric) $20.00 (per day - with electric) *Tenting is limited to two weeks maximum
Any campers that have already placed a deposit for the 2023 season and do not wish to pay the new seasonal rate will be given a refund of their original deposit amount.
Daily and weekly fees will remain at 2022 levels
A monthly camping rate will not be offered andmonthly camping stays will not be permitted for 2023
Consecutive week camping stays will not be permitted.
*The only exception for consecutive week camping stays: seasonal campers stayingbeyond the September15, 2023seasonal camping deadline and only for the period after September15, 2023 through the October 15, 2023campgroundclosing date.

CAMPING RULES
A PERSON MUST BE A MEMBER IN GOOD STANDING IN ORDER TO RENT A SITE. ANY UNPAID CAMPING FEES FROM THE PREVIOUS YEAR MUST BE PAID PRIOR TO CAMPING IN THE CURRENT YEAR.
CHILDREN
CHILDREN UNDER 18 CANNOT BE LEFT AT THE CAMPING SITE WITHOUT ADULT SUPERVISION.
VISITORS
SEASONAL CAMPERS ARE ALLOWED TO HAVE OCCASIONAL OVERNIGHT VISITORS STAY IN THEIR CAMPER. THE SEASONAL CAMPER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE VISITOR.
IF A VISITOR WISHES TO PUT A TENT ON THE SEASONAL CAMPER'S SITE OR USE THE CLUB FACILITIES, THEY MUST BUY A CLUB MEMBERSHIP.
PETS
PETS MUST BE LEASHED OR UNDER THE OWNWER'S CONTROL. PROOF OF CURRENT RABIES SHOT (RABIES CERTIFICATE OR TAGS) REQUIRED FOR ALL DOGS.
VEHICLES
TWO CAR MAXIMUM PER SITE, EXCLUDING VISITOR VEHICLE.
SPEED LIMIT
SPEED LIMIT IS 5 MPH.
WASTEWATER
CAMPERS WITH TOILETS WILL CLOSE GREY WATER VALVE EACH FRIDAY TO FACILITATE SUNDAY MORNING PUMP OUTS. GREY WATER VALVES WILL BE OPENED AT THAT TIME.
QUIET TIME
Quiet time for our camp ground is sundown to 8:00 am. Complaints may be answered by the Richmond police who enforce the Vermont Statute:

VIOLATIONS
REPEATED VIOLATIONS OF ANY CLUB RULES WILL RESULT IN THE CAMPER BEING ASKED TO LEAVE WITH NO REFUND OF CAMPING FEES.
